Mark’s educational background includes both BEng from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2002 and MSc from City University, London in 2003.
Whilst working with the BBC, in 2008 Mark was trained to use Viz Artist for graphical inserts into news and current affairs programs. As the BBC’s implementation of Viz increased, this led to development roles for live sport and introduced more of the Viz package. These included Viz Trio, Template Wizard and more recently Viz Pilot.
In 2012, Mark spent the year travelling and was fortunate to continue working with Viz for the Seven Network in Sydney, in both operational and development roles. Based in the UK, since the beginning of 2013 he has been freelancing in Europe working with various broadcasters such as the BBC and DR Byen.
