How we hire
1. Recruiter Screening (TA)
This is the initial step in our hiring process. A recruiter will review your application and schedule a conversation to:
- Learn more about your background, experience, and career aspirations.
- Share details about the role, the team, and our company culture.
- Address any preliminary questions you may have about the position or the hiring process.
The goal of this step is to assess alignment between your experience and the role requirements, as well as your interest in the opportunity.
2. Team Interview (Hiring Manager and Team Member)
If the recruiter screening goes well, you’ll meet with members of the team you’ll potentially be working with. During this interview:
- Team members will ask about your skills, experiences, and how you approach collaboration and problem-solving.
- You’ll have the chance to learn more about the team dynamics and day-to-day responsibilities.
This step helps both you and the team determine whether there’s a good fit in terms of skills and working style.
3. Case/Technical Discussion (Hiring Manager and Team Member)
For certain roles, particularly technical or specialized ones, we include a focused discussion to evaluate your practical skills. This could involve:
- Case studies or hypothetical scenarios where you demonstrate your thought process and problem-solving abilities.
- A technical deep dive or code review session where you discuss methodologies, frameworks, or technical decisions.
This step allows us to see how you apply your expertise in a real-world context.
4. Final Interview (Hiring Manager’s Manager and HR)
The final interview typically involves a senior leader or hiring manager. In this stage, the discussion will focus on:
- Your long-term career goals and alignment with the company’s vision.
- Evaluating cultural fit and your potential contributions to the organization’s growth.
- Answering any remaining questions you have about the role or the company.
This step serves as a final assessment to ensure mutual alignment before moving forward.
Technical Assessment (for technical roles)
For technical positions, we may ask candidates to complete a technical assessment. This could include:
A take-home coding assignment.
