Viz Curious Maps Client and Server version 9.2.0 released

Version 9.2.0 of Viz Curious Maps Client (CMC) and Server (CMS) is a minor release.
Upgrade is recommended only for users who require the new features or fixes.
This version should be used for new installations.
Main New Features:
- New Map Server launcher for easy configuration (single or multiple servers)
- Map Server can now run as a service
- New Map Server Monitor, to check on multiple servers locally or remotely
- Added support for MapMyIndia attribution
- New Planet Observer Imagery support; New Natural Earth option for imagery at ground-resolution of 15 meters per pixel, An improved version of the 150 meters per pixel imagery
- Added Support for disabling (fully or partially) of cache lock files
Fixed Issues:
- Improved performance and memory handling with large cache files
- Fixed Server crashes when asking for multiple street datasets
- Resolved missing 3D streets (when using many data sets)
