Viz Ardome 4.8.4 is a minor release update.

It includes the following new options and upgrades :

Viz Ardome 4.8.4 key features and main bugfixes:

• Added support for XDCAM HD 4:2:2 50 Mbit video format, Including internal handling of non-fixed frame size material.
• Viz Media Porter 1.0 released. Supports P2 Camera upload with client side clip conform.
• Viz ShotCut 1.0 released. Viz PreCut for Mac built on AMF-platform and APF edl format
• New delete subsystem capable of higher workloads.
• Conform subsystem enhanced for handling partial retrieve of non-fixed frame size material.
• Viz EasyCut 4.5 and Viz PreCut 4.6 with support for 8 audio tracks.
• Resolved the performance problems experienced in newer versions of Viz MediaProcessor when transcoding to MPEG1 and H.264
• Resolved Web-based file upload did not work with frontend configured import services
• Fixed Post to server that did not use filename as specified in AGL
• Fixed issue with bookmarks added from History page.
• Viz PreCut, Viz EasyCut and Viz MediaLogger; Now playing growing files
