Viz Multichannel version 2.5 is a major release which includes support for Ticker 3D integration, a new settings user interface, multi-language and more.

It is recommended for new installations and customers who require the new features.

Main new features and bug fixes:

• New Settings form, much more channel basis. Ability to export/import settings, save to default, and restore from default. Multi language support.
• Removed the MS Excel installation requirement for playlists import/update. New import/update mechanism – much faster (up to 10 time more) and more organized.
• Ticker 3D integration: ability to present the carousels with their buttons in a pane, schedule the buttons manually/automatically, define import/update rules for the buttons, take the buttons on-air manually or automatically (timed/automated triggered).
• Reorganized auto-update settings, logic, and options.
• Auto-sending editable templates from scheduling station to MCR to a defined channel.
• Permissions for VVH.
• Auto-delete old edited templates.
• GMT offset consideration when needed, if data from traffic/scheduling/automation so requires.
• PlaylistImporter stability: recovers from previous running crash, and warns the user.
• Auto-lock secondary events from being auto-updated X hours before on-air. An attempt to auto update them will warn the user.
• MCR indicators panel – feedback from Viz3 and GH.
