New Viz Weather tutorial

An updated Viz Weather tutorial is available for download.
The updated tutorial includes documentation, as well as corresponding scene design archives, both for Viz Engine 2.x and Viz Engine 3.x
It is updated and compatible with the latest official release of Viz Weather version 1.11.x
The following features are added to the tutorial
- Scene design example for Storm Path Data
- Scene design example for Scene Transitions
- Scene design example for Min/Max weather graph
- Updated scene design for Satellite and Radar, using GeoImage plugin
- Fast render-mode examples for Grid Data; Isobars, Isoprecip and Isotherms
