The coverage is normally dominated by interviews from remote locations, with reporters talking to newly elected ministers and MPs, as well as those who have just been voted out of office. These live links are perfectly suited for descriptive lower thirds showing the appropriate voting data as well as additional information. Regional map graphics with unprecedented resolution, picture-in-picture sequences showing archived clips from the day before can be handled by Vizrt’s MAM and maps tools.

Again, those who want information on what happened in their own area can turn to the Web for the detailed local information. A combination of Escenic Content Studio, Viz Video Hub and Viz Multi Platform Suite with the Vizky client allows a seamless re-use of TV clips and supporting interactivity. Viewer feedback can be analyzed based on clicks and links the web viewers choose.
