Ofra Brown Appointed Corporate Development Officer - Paal Tønsberg New CFO

As Vizrt is growing and the organisation is expanding globally, the need has been identified for a senior management position focusing on the corporate structure and human resources. Ms. Brown will take on these new responsibilities, starting April 1st 2009, in the newly created position of Corporate Development Officer. In the interim, Ms. Brown help secure a seamless handover of her former duties and responsibilities to the newly appointed CFO, Paal Tønsberg.

Prior to joining Vizrt, Paal Tønsberg was CFO of VMETRO asa and Jøtul ASA, both listed companies based in Norway. Tønsberg’s professional experience also includes six years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in auditing and transaction services. Mr. Tønsberg holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) with an additional Higher Accountant degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
